* we provide bar staff, glasses, garnishes, ice, etc.
* we provide two hours of service, after which guests help themselves (extra
hours at $30 per staff-hour)
* we can also serve your supply of beer, wine, champagne etc. (if not busy)
6. pay per cocktail service - you pick up ($2.50 per
cocktail)
* same as service 5 but you pick the cocktails up from us, and provide your
own staff

For all drink services, we guarantee
* not to run out of supplies (although we can't

this we suggest you predict for us what your most popular spirits/liqueurs
will be)
* full variety available from start, ie. no "batches" limited to certain
times
* enough staff to reasonably ensure no queuing for drinks
* no limit on number or variety of drinks per guest

* all mixed drinks, ie. gin & tonic, bourbon & coke, kahlua and milk,
